In the past 2 years we have turned-around several VC backed businesses that called us to tell us they were closing their doors tomorrow. Today they are capitalized, revenue generating thanks to our guiding hand, and hands-on execution.
From extortion, abuse, absolute degeneracy or just plain-jane mistakes… we get it done in 1-3 months. No nonsense. Just results, tested and proven.
What we DON’T do:
Copycats, rugs
If you’re shilling us a blind copy of something else, or a rug we’re not your people. Even if there is money to be made, it’s not our wheelhouse.
Agriculture, mining (like digging holes in the ground mining)
While these are necessary and truly important, at this stage we simply don’t have the knowledge and wisdom to add value.
If we can’t add value, we don’t lean in.
Run from challenging situations
Things never go completely to plan. That’s where we’re often at our best… where most fear to tread, or leave good people behind as carrion for vultures and crows.
What to expect:
A swift due dilligence
We make decisions quickly. Time is money, and we acknowledge that with quick answers, very often delivered on the first messages or call.
Opportunities are limitless. We can’t take them all.
Our first and foremost decision is based on the founders and core team. A famous VC once intimated: “We have invested in many “A-class” teams with a “B-class” product. We have never invested in an “A-class” product with a “B-class” team.
Team. TAM/ SAM/ SOM. Stickiness. These are our criteria.
